Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the AgencyOS platform operated by AIO Media LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users and organizations on the platform.

AgencyOS is designed to help creative agencies manage their operations, clients, and teams. This policy ensures the platform remains safe, reliable, and productive for all users.

1. Permitted Use

AgencyOS may be used for lawful business purposes related to managing creative agency operations, including but not limited to:

  • Managing client relationships and project pipelines
  • Assigning, tracking, and completing tasks
  • Organizing teams, pods, and staff
  • Uploading and managing project files and media assets
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Generating reports and tracking business metrics
  • Communicating within your organization about work

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AgencyOS for any of the following purposes. This list is not exhaustive; we reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation.

Illegal Activity

  • Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Storing, distributing, or facilitating the distribution of illegal content
  • Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
  • Violating intellectual property rights of third parties

Abuse and Harassment

  • Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or bullying other users
  • Uploading or distributing content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene
  • Impersonating another person or organization

Platform Abuse

  • Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the platform without authorization
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or organizational resources
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform
  • Using the platform to build a competing product or service
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to AgencyOS
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures

Security Violations

  • Uploading malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform outside of our responsible disclosure program
  • Interfering with or disrupting the platform's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals

Resource Abuse

  • Using the platform in a manner that consumes excessive resources or degrades performance for other users
  • Using AgencyOS as a general-purpose file hosting or content distribution service unrelated to agency operations
  • Automating interactions with the platform in ways that exceed reasonable use patterns

3. Content Standards

Content uploaded to AgencyOS should be related to legitimate business operations. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload, create, or share through the platform complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

While we recognize that creative agencies work with a wide range of content, the platform must not be used to store or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or in violation of this policy.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We do not proactively monitor Customer Data. However, we reserve the right to investigate and take action when we become aware of potential violations of this policy, whether through automated systems, user reports, or other means.

If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning and request that the violation be remedied
  • Temporarily suspend access for the offending user or organization
  • Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
  • Permanently terminate the account or organization
  • Report the activity to law enforcement if required or appropriate

For severe violations — including illegal activity, security threats, or actions that put other users at risk — we may act immediately and without prior notice. For less severe violations, we will generally attempt to notify the Customer and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before taking action.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user or organization is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at support@aio.fm. Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation and any relevant evidence.

For security-related reports, please contact security@aio.fm instead.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within AgencyOS or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
